You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your payment. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Refunds are processed in USDT to the wallet address you provide.

- Within 7 days: Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of payment
- Under 50 trades: The system has executed fewer than 50 trades on your account
- First refund: You have not previously received a refund from SKALDIX
3. How to Request a Refund

- State the reason for your refund request
4. Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are sent in USDT (BEP20) to your specified wallet address
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
5. What Is NOT Refundable
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts with 50 or more executed trades
- Trading losses — these are not grounds for a refund
- Second or subsequent subscription periods
6. After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. No automatic renewals occur without your action.

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users with full access to all features. We strongly recommend using the trial period to evaluate the service before purchasing a subscription.
